My services are performed by appointment only. Generally speaking 24 hours notice is required to secure an appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment!!
I am a stickler for punctuality and it probably isn't a wise move to upset the person who is about to rip the hair from your body! Habitual late-comers will be asked to annoy my competitors.

If you're running early, please phone ahead
If you are more than 10 minutes early, please phone or text message ahead. If I'm not busy with another client, we can get you started straight away and save you waiting. If I don't answer or reply, it means I'm busy with someone else, so please don't just ring the doorbell which will disturb their appointment time. Sorry I know this isn't ideal, but this is one of the downsides to being a home based sole operator, and in the same way I'm sure you'd like your privacy respected, please be considerate of my other clients.

I'm more than happy to take care of your all your unwanted hair provided you take the time to ensure you are freshly clean prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
I understand life is full of unexpected little surprises and things don't always go to plan. Please give me as much notice as you can and I will be as flexible as possible. Depending on the circumstances I may impose the following cancellation fees:
• Less than 3 hours notice - 100% of the booked service(s)
• Between 24 & 3 hours notice - 50% of the booked service(s)
I don't do this just to be a pain in the proverbial. You must understand that by cancelling an appointment without giving me sufficient notice to fill the spot with somebody else, you are depriving me of income. NOT HAPPY JAN!
