Cancellation Policy
I understand life is full of unexpected little surprises and things don't always go to plan. Please give me as much notice as you can and I will be as flexible as possible. Depending on the circumstances I may impose the following cancellation fees:
• Less than 3 hours notice - 100% of the booked service(s)
• Between 24 & 3 hours notice - 50% of the booked service(s)
I don't do this just to be a pain in the proverbial. You must understand that by cancelling an appointment without giving me sufficient notice to fill the spot with somebody else, you are depriving me of income. NOT HAPPY JAN!
